Westwood Farm Cross Country Course is located at Tuxford in Nottinghamshire just one mile from the A1. The farm has been owned by the Hayward family for many years and now run by Chris and Helen.
The idea for setting up the cross country course came from Helen’s passion for horses and the quiet idyllic setting of some of the farm’s grass land.
Westwood farm is a working farm hosting The Hooton Herd of pedigree dairy shorthorns, The Sherwood Herd of pedigree beef shorthorns and the Westwood flock of pedigree Charollais sheep. The farm also grows a range of arable crops.
